About This Opportunity

Greeting Visitors:
  • Welcoming guests and directing them to the appropriate person or office. 

    Answering Phones:
  • Answering and handling phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls as needed. 

    Customer Service:
  • Addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing a positive and helpful experience. 

    Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintaining appointment books and scheduling meetings.
    • Handling office correspondence, including emails and mail. 
    • Maintaining office supplies and ensuring a tidy reception area.
    • Filing, faxing, and other clerical tasks.
    • Sorting and distributing mail. 

Other Responsibilities:

    • Preparing meeting rooms and training rooms.
    • Making travel plans. 
    • Monitoring office supplies and placing orders. Providing information to callers. 
    • Assisting with setting appointments and filing records.
