Do you have time to give and are passionate about enriching the lives of people? We invite you to apply to volunteer at our AgeCare community, Brandt's Creek Mews in Kelowna, British Columbia. Recreation Assistant Volunteers help out with fun activities designed for residents in the AgeCare community. They help Recreation Therapy staff to prepare for, facilitate, and take down recreation programs such as games, movies, socials, special events and entertainment. Volunteers assist residents with moving to and from activities and common spaces. Recreation Assistant volunteers develop a special relationship with residents while working in a positive, caring environment. Please note: Volunteers must be 15 years of age and older.
