About This Opportunity

As a Recreation Volunteer, you’ll:

Lead or assist with games, arts & crafts, music sessions, and sing-alongs
Organize and promote recreational activities such as storytelling, gardening, dance, drama, and seasonal celebrations
Encourage participation and social interaction among residents
Support staff in creating a vibrant, inclusive environment
Assist with setting up and cleaning up activity spaces and materials
Provide 1-on-1 or small group support for residents with special needs
Maintain a safe, respectful, and cheerful atmosphere
Offer feedback and suggestions to improve the recreation program
