We are currently preparing for this year’s Ribs & Ragtime event, taking place on Saturday, June 13th, 2026, and we’re looking for volunteers to help make it a great success!

We have two volunteer shifts available:

Event Setup: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Event Time: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (approx.)

Event Setup duties may include:

- Setting up canopies, chairs, and tables

- Preparing event spaces and equipment

- Assisting with general setup tasks as needed

Volunteer duties during the event may include:

- Serving meals to our guests

- Clearing tables

- Cleaning up after the event

- Assisting with other tasks as assigned

A meal will be provided for all volunteers.
