A Room Host announces the performances and sponsors (from a script). The Room Host gets to hear all of the groups perform. This role is suitable for any age as long as you are confident speaking in front of people! No musical experience is required. The job is easy, and you will get a short training on what to do. There will be a coordinator on site if you have any questions. The festival is held at the University of Calgary Main Campus, in the Music building. Parking is reimbursed, and lunch is provided. You are welcome to sign up for multiple shifts, including consecutive shifts. If you have a small time conflict (ex: need to leave 15 minutes early), just make a note when you sign up and we will make it work!
