Lead falls prevention classes in person keeping clients living at home with functional exercises.
The responsibilities and duties for a senior fitness instructor includes obtaining a relevant Seniors Fitness Instructor course which ONE CARE assists in obtaining. Instructors demonstrate knowledge and skills to lead safe and effective exercise programs for older adults. Additionally, attending ongoing training or refresher courses annually is required.
