Being a volunteer with Calgary Corporate Challenge is a great opportunity to build a network of connections at our events. Our audience includes companies from various industries and demographics and our participants are all out there to have fun and meet new people! It's also an opportunity to develop skills in leadership, communication, event planning, and general organization and administration.

We've been blessed with a group of dedicated volunteers who act as our on-site representatives during the (organized) chaos of the September Games. With their help, we're able to host 22+ sports & games at various venues throughout the city!

There are multiple ways to get involved:

Event Coordinator

This volunteer role is responsible for coordinating on-site setup, teardown, and scorekeeping. If you’re a well-organized, fun-loving, detail-oriented person who’s excited about events, join our volunteer team today!

Registration Coordinator

This role is responsible for organizing and training for on-site check-in at events. If you’ve been known to call yourself a “people person”, enjoy supporting, mentoring, and providing creative solutions, this one's for you!

Logistics

Our Logistics Team Members help us set up our biggest events! The CCC Staff’s combined upper body strength is limited (at best) and that’s where this team comes in. Join us if you’re highly organized and in good physical condition!

Photographer

Our Photographers are responsible for capturing the fun and spirit of the September Games! We use these photos for our promotional materials, social media accounts, and advertising.
