Founded in 2012, Community of Hearts is a not-for-profit, charitable organization in Guelph supporting youth, adults and seniors with developmental exceptionalities to achieve the level of independence they desire. Community of Hearts is looking for passionate and kind volunteers who are interested in facilitating our Social Club events. Our Social Club events invite people from the community to participate in various Life Skill-building activities which promote the development of Life and Social skills, such as going out into the community for food and/or beverages with others, or engaging in a particular social activity (eg. karaoke, BINGO, yoga, etc.). No previous volunteering experience is required.
