Role Overview:
The social media graphic designer will be responsible for designing and creating engaging posts and stories for the Ben Stelter School Fundraiser’s social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube & TikTok. This role focuses on static and interactive content (not videos) to promote the fundraiser, engage followers, and spread awareness. Applicants must be in Grade 7 or above during the 2026 - 2027 school year. The role duration for this role is April 2026 to January 2027.
Responsibilities:
● Design eye-catching graphics, infographics, and carousel posts for social media.
● Create engaging Instagram and TikTok stories, including polls, Q&A, and countdowns.
● Ensure content aligns with the fundraiser’s branding and mission.
● Brainstorm and execute creative post ideas based on current social media trends.
● Schedule and organize posts in collaboration with the social media manager.
● Update event-related posts and highlight important fundraiser milestones.
Requirements:
● Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Express preferred).
● Strong creativity and ability to create visually appealing content.
● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
