Endeavour Volunteer Consulting is a Canadian charity that provides management consulting to improve organizational capacity and community impact for non-profits. We recruit, train, and match teams of highly skilled professional volunteer consultants with organizations in need of pro-bono consulting.

We are looking for a curious, collaborative, and growth-oriented individual to spend approximately 3-5 hours per week working with our marketing and fundraising team in direct contribution to organizational objectives. Reporting to the VP, marketing and fundraising, the social media manager will gain valuable experience in, and is responsible for, the following.

• Develop the plan for utilizing new brand elements and assets (guidelines) to create a social media experience for multiple stakeholder groups

• Work with teammates (copywriter, graphic designer) to develop engaging posts and campaigns 

• Analyze data for arriving at decisions for subsequent campaigns

• Celebrate wins!
