About This Opportunity
Help us with our Sturgeon Conservation Challenge gala and online auction, to take place on May 11, 2024 at the Coast Langley Hotel. We are seeking volunteers to help with the gala on May 11, 2024 from 4:30 pm to 11pm. If you are available Friday May 10th and / or earlier in the day on May 11, 2024, you can assist with set up of auction items around the banquet hall. Then, starting at 5:30 pm on May 11, 2024, help with registering guests and at the end of the evening, help get the auction items to the winners. Coffee, and lunch provided during the day, and you will have a table at the gala and can partake in the buffet dinner.
