Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with Settlement practitioners to help develop, plan, and implement activities.
- Provide support to students in classroom, gym, and outdoor activities.
- Manage and supervise students during activities.
- Participate in activities with students by providing mentorship and tutoring.
- Supporting staff with program set up, tear down and clean up.
- Attending pre and post camp meetings, contributing to meetings, and providing feedback.
Key Qualifications:
• Desire to and ability to work with children and youth ages 7-15 years old.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-energy environment.
• Ability to supervise groups of children and youth in classroom and recreational settings.
• Has creative, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in team setting to plan, implement and direct program activities.
• Ability to work in a team setting, work with others and accept guidance and feedback.
• Consistent, reliable, flexible, and adaptable.
• Police Security clearance and child intervention record check
