About This Opportunity
The Hospice /Palliative visiting Program matches a volunteer with palliative patients in their homes, hospitals or long term facilities. You will provide comfort, care and emotional support to individuals affected by Life limiting illnesses and their families/care partners. You will provide caring and compassionate support by offering a listening ear, a friendly presence or a helping hand.
