At Empowered Futures, we are dedicated to creating confident, emotionally intelligent, and resourceful adults through self-empowerment, business mentorship, and unwavering support, to help them build their capability and reap their full potential. This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your skills and contribute to making a significant impact on individuals' lives. 


Responsibilities: 

Screening resumes and application forms. Scheduling and conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates. Managing job ads on career pages and other platforms. Collaborating with committee members to discuss talent needs. Attend team’s weekly meetings on Tuesdays at 10:30am MST, Saturday at 10am MST and Empowered Futures’ monthly General meeting 

Qualifications: 

Any previous experience or studies related to Talent Acquisition is an asset. 

Openness to continuous learning. 

Proficient with Google Workspace. 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Effective communication skills. Strong attention to detail.
