About This Opportunity
We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help bring the magic to life at our 18th Annual Teddy Bear Picnic! It's an event that welcomes 300-400 people to celebrate Teddy bears! Roles include helping with kids’ crafts, BBQ hotdog distribution, and welcoming families at activity stations. We also especially need support with set-up and take-down. Whether you're available for the whole day or just a few hours, we’d love to have you on board to help create a joyful, family-friendly event!
Volunteers needed on the following dates and times:
Set up on June 20th from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Picnic day on June 21st from 9:30 am - 2:30 pm
