About This Opportunity
This position includes direct contact with clients and caregivers via phone calls. These calls occur while you attend your weekly shift at one of the local offices during regular office hours. These calls are important and make a difference becase they provide social connections, information, education, and support, allowing individuals to cope more effectively, as well as reducing isolation, and increasing independence.
