Join Us as an Event Volunteer at the Toronto Marathon! The Position: Habitat for Humanity GTA is seeking enthusiastic event volunteers to support the Toronto Marathon. As an event assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting runners.

Volunteer Role: Toronto Marathon Habitat Event Volunteer Location: 1920 Yonge St. W. side N of Chaplin (Yonge and Chaplin) Date: Sunday, May 3,2025 Time: 6:30 am to 10:30 am Reports to: Event Staff Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist with the morning setup of the water station • Support runners by handing out drinks and cheering them on • Keep the water station stocked and tidy • Help with cleanup after the event Skills and Qualifications: • Ability to work well with a diverse team • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and friendliness • Understanding of Habitat for Humanity's mission and a desire to promote it Benefits: • Meet new people and network with like-minded individuals • Enhance your skills and build your resume or scholarship applications • Become an integral part of the Habitat for Humanity GTA community, connecting with our staff, Future Homeowners, and fellow volunteers • Give back to your community and help raise funds for affordable homeownership • How Your Efforts Help: By volunteering at the Toronto Marathon, you'll be directly contributing to Habitat for Humanity GTA's mission to provide affordable homeownership opportunities for families in our community.
