The Trail Director coordinates the activities of maintenance volunteers. The Trail Director is responsible for ensuring that the designated section of the trail is well maintained and in safe condition. The trail section includes most of Brant County
The range of activities includes recruiting and training maintenance workers, organizing the trail maintenance tasks, initiating the process to reroute sections of the trail and maintaining relationships with landowners. Time commitment is estimated at eight (8) hours / month, with most time commitment occurring in the spring and fall. A vehicle is required since trails extend across Brant County.
