About This Opportunity
This role encompasses a variety of critical responsibilities aimed at ensuring efficient, safe and securely handling trip details, involves assisting clients with boarding and securing mobility aid while complying with the Ontario Ministry of Transportation regulations. Additionally, the role requires providing door-to-door service. including helping clients with groceries and mobility aids, as well as maintaining clear communication with EasyRide regarding scheduling, vehicles cleanliness and incident reporting, completing necessary documentation for client no-shows, vehicles breakdowns, accidents or emergencies and complying with ONE CARE regulations by attending required meeting and training, are also critical components of this role.
