About This Opportunity

Smiles Foundation is looking to fill a volunteer position with a candidate who has professional experience as a Video Editor! We need someone who is creative and passionate about video editing and who would like to apply their skills and knowledge for a good cause.

Skills & Qualifications:

At least 3 years of previous video editing experience.
Proficient in editing software packages (e.g. Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.).
Good understanding of video formats and resolution and file types.
Ability to troubleshoot editorial and other issues.
Experience in colour correction and audio mixing.
Creative, curious and a team player.
Good written, and verbal communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities:

Edit content for Smiles Foundation projects.
Build edits that are creative and engaging.
Proficiently make use of video and other creative editing assets.
Ensure edits meet the team and organizational requirements and needs.
Able to meet deadlines as requested.
