Visitor Experience Ambassadors
Summary
Visitor Experience Ambassadors act as a representative of Harbourfront Centre by providing excellent customer service to all patrons attending events on site. They are approachable and friendly individuals who are available to welcome the public to the site, answer general questions about programming, and assist with way finding.

Summer Music in the Garden: June 21-August 28, 2022 (Thursdays and Sundays)

About This Opportunity
Duties include:
- Welcoming the public
- Answering general questions about programming and the site
- Assist with wayfinding
Additional duties may include:
- Assisting with sign-in process for workshop or event registration
- "Curb to seat" assistance
- Sighted Guide service (additional training will be provided)
- Assist with Front of House duties, including handing out audio descriptive devices, or scanning tickets
- Managing crowd control and line-ups
Please note: Harbourfront Centre has a vaccination policy in place which requires all volunteers to provide proof of double vaccination, or a letter of exemption.
