About This Opportunity

Margaret Bahen Hospice is recruiting volunteer administrative assistants to provide administrative support to the Hospice team that supports clients and their families.


Key Position Responsibilities:

  • Greet Visitors and escort them to their desired location
  • Photocopy and Scan Documents
  • Update databases
  • Assist with daily administrative responsibilities


Qualifications:

  • Friendly and compassionate
  • Comfortable interacting with people
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good written and verbal English language
  • Good organizational skills
  • Empathetic to people dealing with stressful situations
  • Able to work independently and as a member of the team
  • Competent in use of Microsoft Office


Time Commitment:
Approx. 4-5 hours per week. Monday to Friday  Shifts are 9:00 am to 12 noon and 12:00 to 4:30 pm
