About This Opportunity
Margaret Bahen Hospice is recruiting volunteer administrative assistants to provide administrative support to the Hospice team that supports clients and their families.
Key Position Responsibilities:
- Greet Visitors and escort them to their desired location
- Photocopy and Scan Documents
- Update databases
- Assist with daily administrative responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Friendly and compassionate
- Comfortable interacting with people
- Good customer service skills
- Good written and verbal English language
- Good organizational skills
- Empathetic to people dealing with stressful situations
- Able to work independently and as a member of the team
- Competent in use of Microsoft Office
Time
Commitment:
Approx. 4-5 hours per week. Monday to Friday Shifts are 9:00 am to 12 noon
and 12:00 to 4:30 pm
