Deliver engaging and effective soccer coaching sessions for participants of varying ages
and skill levels
• Follow outline provided for each session (4)
• Implement basic sports strategies to support participants
• Emphasize skills development including safety, fair play, and sportsmanship.
• Set realistic and age-appropriate expectations for participants
• Effectively communicate with children and parents
• Ensure a safe and positive playing environment
• Work with staff and head coach to provide quality sport programming for
participants
• Other project support tasks as assigned
GirlGoals - Intro. to Soccer program provides quality sport programming for communities who are often under-served and overlooked when it comes to sport opportunities. Our program seeks to provide a welcoming space to diverse girls to explore the game of soccer., build their confidence and gain sustainable physical literacy skills.
