Develop and oversee volunteer recruitment, orientation, and retention strategies.
Support creation of role descriptions, training, and recognition programs.
Monitor volunteer needs across projects and ensure appropriate placements.
Foster a culture of respect, inclusion, and collaboration.
Report to the board on volunteer impact and engagement levels.
Ideal Candidate
Experience in HR, people management, or volunteer coordination.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Passion for creating positive experiences for volunteers.
