We’re looking for a dedicated Volunteer Secretary to join our Board of Directors in Regina.
As the Volunteer Secretary, you’ll help keep us organized by ensuring minutes from Board meetings are recorded and distributed, and assist with correspondence as needed, while also actively contributing to activities that directly support our mission. 

In this role, you’ll collaborate with the Board of Directors and Executive Director around policy development, and shape key decisions to ensure we work together toward our shared goals. Please send you resume or expression of interest to Verna Mang at vmang@sasktel.net.

Board meetings are scheduled in the evening approximately 8 times a year plus one or two days a year for strategic planning and other Board activities.  Some meetings are virtual and some in-person. Board members are asked to volunteer with various fundraising activities.
