The FC will manage about 5–25 approved foster homes, place cats in those homes, and monitor the cats’ health and behavioural progress until they have been adopted and leave VOKRA’s care. The FC will ensure that fosters provide high-quality care to the cats in their homes, that the developmental and medical milestones for each cat are met on time, and that their own and their fosters’ administrative tasks associated with the care and adoption of the cats are completed efficiently.
