About This Opportunity
The client call volunteer generally works on a shift basis either from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm or from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm receiving calls from low-income individuals seeking consultation with a volunteer lawyer. The client call volunteer assesses client legal problems, identify the area of law, and book clients if there are appointments available for a 30 minute legal consultation over the phone.
