HBF is 100% volunteer driven. As a growing charity with volunteers around the world we are looking for a Manager to develop and lead our Volunteer Program and to assist with recruiting while our HR Manager is on Mat leave.
We are currently seeking: A Volunteer Program Manager

• Are looking for a volunteer position and interested in charity work and helping others
• Are a leader with proven results and over 2-3 years of experience under your belt
• Are fast-paced and efficient, able to turn ideas into action
• Are hungry for work, opportunities to learn, create, grow and contribute
• Are able to work from home successfully
Here’s what you would be doing...
• Your role is to develop and lead a Volunteer Program for Help Bolivia Foundation that includes formalizing volunteer roles and volunteer related policies
• Regularly communicate with volunteers to ensure placement is a good fit for individual skills and goals
• Research best practice volunteer program implementation
• Improve and refine current volunteer programming
• Create a program that recognizes and honours volunteers
• Assist with recruiting new volunteers while our HR Manager is on Mat leave
