About This Opportunity
We are looking for driven volunteers with a passion for helping others to join our growing team. This position is ideal for freelancers or independent contractors looking for projects to grow their portfolios with; however, all who fit the below criteria are encouraged to apply. We are looking for someone a little more than familiar with the Social Media Marketing sector to assist us in maintaining our Facebook and Instagram accounts. Experience with Facebook Business Manager and creating ad campaigns for both platforms is an asset. Job duties include:• Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of blog content, or social media messages.• Creates custom designs in Canva.• Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies.• Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with Creative Director.• Interacts with followers online and responds to customer inquiries or forward inquiries to appropriate individual within the organization.• Generate and analyze ad and page reports.• Reports progress to Creative Director.• Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms.• Researches and monitors activity of company competitors.
