About This Opportunity
If you are over the age of 19, and can help someone develop their basic literacy and numeracy skills, we need you. You will work one to one with an adult student. You will be trained, and supplied with any resources and guidelines you need for your lessons. Commitment is 1 to 2 hours per week. You can meet at Okanagan College, or in a public place in the community. Your student will set the learning goals, and the literacy instructor will support you in your lessons. You and your student will decide on your weekly schedule.
