About This Opportunity

Are you looking for a great way to give back to your community, meet new people, and enjoy the sunshine this summer? Simon Fraser University and Swim Drink Fish are partnering up to better understand the connection four communities in Vancouver have with their nearby waters. We are looking for volunteers to help survey park-goers at New Brighton Park, Harbour Green Park (Coal Harbour), and Waterfront Park (North Vancouver). The survey will help understand people's relationship to the water, barriers to access water, and how we may improve water access in these neighbourhoods. Volunteer shifts will be on evenings and weekends! If you are interested in volunteering for this project, but are unable to make this training, please contact us at madeleine@swimdrinkfish.ca !

Volunteer Requirements

Whether you meet these requirements or not, we encourage you to share your interest in us. You may still be a fit for a different opportunity with our organization.
