Event Highlights

• Cocktail Reception: Be part of welcoming guests, assisting with nametags, and making sure everyone feels at home from the moment they arrive.
• Silent Auction: Help manage the excitement of our silent auction, guiding guests through the bidding process and supporting fundraising efforts.
• Dining Experience: Assist in delivering a delightful dining experience with help from Pearson’s chef, ensuring guests are well cared for throughout the evening.
• Acknowledgement Ceremony: Support the recognition of the people and companies who have been vital to our success, celebrating the year’s accomplishments and the journey ahead.
• Behind-the-Scenes Support: We’re looking for a few volunteers to assist in various logistical roles, ensuring the event runs seamlessly from start to finish. Whether it's coordinating with other volunteers or helping with set-up and tear-down, your assistance will be invaluable.
