 This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your skills and contribute to making a significant impact on individuals' lives. 

Responsibilities: 

• Plan and coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and volunteer management. 
• Develop event timelines, budgets, and marketing plans. 
• Ensure that events run smoothly and forecasting any issues that arise.
• Evaluate the success of events and make recommendations for improvements.
• Attend bi-weekly team meetings every Tuesdays at 12:00 pm MDT 

Qualifications: 

• Experience in event planning and coordination 
• Excellent organizational and communication skills 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously 
• Ability to work collaboratively with volunteers, vendors, and staff members
