Position Title: Higher Logic Thrive Platform Specialist
Company Overview: Men's Sheds Canada (MSC) is a national membership association with a compelling mission – to grow and strengthen the Men's Shed movement in Canada.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as a Higher Logic Thrive Platform Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding, configuring, and maintaining our Higher Logic Thrive online community platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT with specific experience in onboarding, configuration, member set up, training material development (text/video) and data organization within the Higher Logic Thrive platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new users onto the Higher Logic Thrive platform, ensuring a smooth transition and positive user experience.
- Configure the platform to meet the organization's needs, including customizing features and settings.
- Set up and maintain member accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Organize and manage data within the platform, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Provide training and support to users to maximize their use of the platform.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of the Higher Logic Thrive platform.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- Minimum of X years of experience working with the Higher Logic Thrive platform preferred.
- Strong understanding of onboarding, configuration, member set up, and data organization within the platform.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Flexible availability to meet fluctuating needs as users come aboard and new capabilities are implemented.
